Mwindwa Siakalima – Managing Director, Stanbic Bank Zambia Limited

Mwindwa Siakalima is the Chief Executive of Stanbic Bank Zambia Limited, a member of the Standard Bank Group of South Africa.

Before his appointment, Mwindwa worked with Stanbic Bank Zambia Limited for 10 years as part of the Bank Leadership team having served in Senior Finance roles and as Chief Financial Officer. He is also an Executive Director and Bank Board of Directors member. Mwindwa’s career spans over 23 years in Banking, FMCG and Auditing.

Before joining the Bank, Mwindwa held Senior Finance roles at SABMiller in Zambia and as Finance Director at Scaw Limited. He also worked in auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers earlier in his career.

Mwindwa is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). He also holds a BA Degree in Accounting & Finance and an MBA in Finance from the University of Manchester.
